O Método de Inteligência Estratégica Antecipativa e Coletiva (IEAc) é uma importante ferramenta de auxílio na tomada de decisão. Em um ambiente competitivo, como o do comércio varejista de calçados, estar bem informado é muito mais do que possuir um número expressivo de informações. Denota possuir informações que proporcionem a organização auferir vantagens competitivas frente aos seus concorrentes. O objetivo deste trabalho é investigar como a IEAc pode auxiliar uma empresa do ramo varejista calçadista, aqui chamada Empresa Alfa, a otimizar a tomada de decisão por parte de seu setor comercial. A pesquisa se caracteriza como qualitativa com abordagem exploratória. Por possuir características holísticas, o método de estudo de caso também foi aplicado. As técnicas utilizadas foram entrevistas com os diretores e administradores da empresa, somadas às etapas do método de Inteligência estratégica para a coleta de informações. Os resultados obtidos pela aplicação dos procedimentos de IEAc mostram a importância de possuir informações para tornar a estratégia organizacional mais eficiente. Ao possuir uma ferramenta de coleta, análise e disseminação de informações, a tomada de decisão por parte da diretoria torna-se muito mais eficiente por sua assertividade.

STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE APPLICATION, COLLECTIVE, ANTICIPATIVE IN ONE COMPANY AT THE RETAIL INDUSTRY FOOTWEAR
ABSTRACT
The method of Anticipative and Collective Strategic Intelligence (IEAc) is an important tool to aid in decision making. In a competitive environment, such as the retailing of footwear, being well informed means much more than having many information. Denotes possess information that provide the organization competitive advantages over their competitors. The aims of this work is to investigate how IEAc can assist a company in the footwear retail business, here called Alpha Company, optimize decision making by its commercial sector. The research is characterized as qualitative exploratory approach. By owning holistic characteristics, the case study method was also applied. The techniques used were interviews with the directors and officers of the company, together with the steps of the method IEAc for gathering information. The results obtained by applying IEAc show the importance of having information to make more efficient organizational strategy. When you have a tool collection, analysis and dissemination of information, decision-making by the board becomes much more efficient for their assertiveness.
