À medida que as transações on-line aumentam a questão da resolução de litígios, a aplicação da lei torna-se cada vez mais difícil. Os litígios decorrentes do comércio eletrônico são a nova realidade para o judiciário, portanto, é um novo desafio todos os dias. No entanto, a Teoria das Redes Contratuais consiste no reconhecimento da continuidade de contratos e a sua inserção em uma cadeia, ou seja, impedir um terceiro de se livrar da obrigação de indenizar o consumidor final por danos. Essas possibilidades devem ser discutidas em relação à resolução de disputas judiciais. Por meio do método dedutivo e pesquisa teórica, o presente estudo se propõe a verificar como a Teoria das Redes Contratuais aliada a Responsabilidade Civil podem ser utilizadas para resolver conflitos envolvendo o consumidor que adquire produtos de plataformas e-commerce no modelo dropshipping.
