Implantar um projeto de Inteligência Estratégica Antecipativa e Coletiva é frequentemente percebido como tarefa complexa e de difícil implantação, que pode provocar dificuldades de ordens diversas. Neste artigo apresentamos fatores críticos em projetos de Inteligência, contribuindo ao avanço teórico que deve permear a definição desse tipo de solução nas organizações. A falta conhecimento do chefe de projeto para conduzir o projeto pode ser amenizada pelo contato prévio com fatores que podem potencialmente contribuir para o sucesso do projeto. Este é o objetivo deste artigo, que visa colaborar com a importância decisiva do conhecimento prévio desses fatores.Downloads
